My name is Al Miller and I am the Chief Investment Officer at James River. I have over three decades of experience in understanding markets and fashioning strategies to protect and grow wealth for business owners, individuals and families.
As a friend and financial advisor, I am often asked for input on transactions that have no relation to the stock market, providing an uncommon level of personal service.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Richmond.
In my leisure time, I enjoy joining mission trips to places like Bolivia, Honduras, Grenada and Panama, where I help build churches and orphanages. I also enjoy vacationing in the Caribbean with my wife, Alix, spending time with my adult children, and mountain biking.
