My name is Ashley Frey and I am a Senior Medicare Benefits Consultant. My focus is to assist seniors and Medicare eligible individuals in navigating the Medicare process and benefits.

My desire is to see each senior, facing the transition to Medicare or already navigating the Medicare maze, be provided with the proper information to make educated and informed decisions that are best for them or their loved ones.

I grew up in Midlothian, VA and I currently reside in Fredericksburg, VA with my husband, our three children, and our spunky Boston Terrier. As a family, we love to travel, spend time on the Chesapeake Bay and Rappahannock River, and my husband and I can usually be found renovating or building something! Weekends are usually spent being a caddy for our boys’ golf tournaments or cheering on our daughter on the soccer field. In addition, we are grateful to be an active part of our thriving church community.
