My name is Chuck Clement and my focus is building relationships and financial strategies to fulfill the personal needs and business goals of each individual client.

My leadership background includes roles as Chief Operations Officer of James River Wealth Advisors, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Company, President and CEO of Andesa Services, a Corporate-Owned Life Insurance TPA, President and CEO of Experity, an HR Administrative Services Organization, and President of North Creek Business Solutions, Inc.

Most recently, I helped facilitate a software development project that morphed into an Affordable Care Act enrollment platform and created a business development academy designed to teach and deploy a road map for business owners to “reclaim” their business focus.

I hold an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Masters and Bachelor’s degree from Education Virginia Tech and am a Six Sigma Blackbelt (Villanova University).

I am also actively involved as a board member for HopeTree Family Services, a non-profit dedicated to enriching the lives of “at risk” adults and children and for Chester United Methodist Church’s “Open Table”, a program that focuses on developing relationships that help uplift individuals from poverty. I also serve on the United Methodist Endowment Committee.

Together, with my lifelong partner, Susan, of 45 years, I am blessed with three children and five grandchildren. I am also an avid fly-fisher and RV camping enthusiast.
